-Poem-
She asked for a name
She asked for a name
I said I needed none
She said she understood,
And smiled.
How many people have I become
In a year or a month-time ?
How many times have I died ?
How many births have I had ?
Remembering that I'm alive again
Takes me by surprise.
I had forgotten,
Truth tarnished by wounds at times.
Home is a place on earth that
Has candles burning by a shrine
And to it voices sing music
As an offering of love.
Home is a place on earth !
Me who thought it was in heaven,
Prayed to get there fast,
Now I need not wait at all.
Blessed be the Mother who looks forward
To her daughter and son to come home
The Father knows,
And guides by his light, the lost souls.
Just as you sing a prayer
Just as you make a fire,
A light -powerful- touches my soul
That is what home is all about.
Just as you pour the sweet water
And open your arms once more
You release the last breath of fear
And are now and forever,
Innocent and whole.
And as you pour the sweet water
And open your arms once more
I release the last breath of fear
And now and forever,
I am Innocent and Whole.
